Website Design

I used to be sat on a computer pretty much a third of my life, which isn’t so hard when you consider my job included seven hours a day sat behind a computer. During that time I self taught myself how to build websites, it started off as one of my job requirements during a slack period for the company, but started to take-over my time out of office hours as well.  I am now back working for the same company and need to keep abreast of recent developments in website content, brochure design and website optimisation too.

Portfolio

Here you will find a selection of the websites I have made. Mostly they were built for friends, family, work, associations I belong to, but a few of them were paid jobs, at least in beer money!

Photos

Here is a collection of photos taken on various trips around the world.

Here is a great plugin for Flickr, which offers a photo Gallery with lightbox effect popups. (Unfortunately the gallery is pushed to the top of the page for some reason). One of the disadvantages of WordPress – you have to wait for the kind people who make this stuff for their updates, if they are still working on the project themselves.
